Please note that this does not confirm your order, it simply sends us your request. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your order. If your order request is not approved, you will receive a refund of your payment. On the other hand, in case you want to rent the product for the same day, please contact us by sending us a message beforehand.
Once your order is confirmed, you can conveniently pick up your dress at SD Local Collective on the specified day or have it shipped to you.

DELIVERY
- For delivery you need to reserve your dress at least 5 days in advance.
- We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event.
- Our shipping fee is $25. This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us.
RETURN
- All shipped orders include a return label and bag to make it easy for you to send your items back. Please ship the order back using the designated courier.
- We take care of dry cleaning too so you don't have to worry about it.
LATE RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. Please see Frequently Asked Questions or our terms of service for more details.
MY DRESS IS NOT RIGHT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your dress is not right for any reason please contact us via email info@rentthetrends.com. Then ship the rental items back to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the dress is returned to us in its original condition.
