Discovering your perfect dress on our website is just the beginning of your hassle-free experience. Begin by selecting your desired date and checking its availability. Please be aware that our rental periods are either 4 or 8 days.

Following this, it's time to create an account and complete the payment process securely.

Please note that this does not confirm your order, it simply sends us your request. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your order. If your order request is not approved, you will receive a refund of your payment. On the other hand, in case you want to rent the product for the same day, please contact us by sending us a message beforehand.

Once your order is confirmed, you can conveniently pick up your dress at SD Local Collective on the specified day or have it shipped to you.

Bookings can be made for 4 or 8 days.

If you need more days, you can contact us to see if it's possible to extend the period.

If the dress doesn't fit or you're not satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to offer an exchange for a different size or style. If you choose to return the dress for a refund instead, we will issue a refund to the original payment method once the dress is returned to us in its original, unworn condition.

No, please do not attempt to clean the dress. We take care of the cleaning for you!

In the unfortunate event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Please refer to our terms of service for more details on our damage policy.

DELIVERY

The delivey cost is $25 (this includes return shipping)

If you need a dress last minute, please contact us to see if it’s possible to expedite your order. We recommend reserving your rental at least one week in advance.

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We will make sure the dress is shipped to you on or before your reservation date.

RETURNS & SHIPPPING

We rely heavily on timely returns; by returning your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without a dress so please make sure you return your dress on time. If you return your item(s) late you will incur a $25.00 late fee for every day you are late up to 150% of the retail value of the item as indicated on our website. If you are unable to return your items on time please contact us at info@rentthetrends.com

Once your reservation is complete please ship the dress back using the return label provided or drop off at SD Local Collective during their business hours.

If your reservation end date falls on a Sunday or a holiday, you can return or ship the item the following day.
