If your order request is not approved, you will receive a refund of your payment. On the other hand, in case you want to rent the product for the same day, please contact us by sending us a message beforehand.
Once your order is confirmed, you can conveniently pick up your dress at SD Local Collective on the specified day or have it shipped to you.

MY DRESS IS NOT RIGHT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your dress is not right for any reason please contact us via email info@rentthetrends.com. Then ship the rental items back to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once the dress is returned to us in its original condition.
